�If you are aged between 15 and 18, we motivation you to take part in a discussion around your experiences and concerns of going from the children's clinic to the adult clinic. We want this info to help improve the services of transition.
The discussion testament be three hours and we will reward you with �20 worth of HMV vouchers. We will also bring the lunch and pay for you to fuck off here.
